Why families choose Dundee Dental

  • Nearly everything under one roof

Cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canals, dentures and implants all happen in this office. We refer out only when a case genuinely belongs with a specialist, and we tell you why.

  • A real local practice

Owner-operated and rooted in Dundee for over 30 years. You will see the same familiar faces every visit, not a rotating franchise.

  • Straight answers, no hard sell

We tell you what we found, what it takes to fix, and what it costs. If a tooth can be watched rather than drilled, we will say so and note it for next time.

  • Gentle with nervous patients

Tell us where you are sensitive and we work around it. Nitrous sedation is available, and our hygienists are known for putting anxious patients at ease.

  • You see what we see

Digital x-rays at 75% less radiation than film, plus an intraoral camera that puts your own teeth on the screen beside you. A recommendation you can look at.

  • Specialist depth in a family office

A University of Michigan-trained prosthodontist and an AAID Associate Fellow implant team, in the same office that does your six-month cleaning.

  • Dave, a Dundee Dental implant patient, smiling
I put off a cracked tooth for two years, sure it’d be a big ordeal. One visit, one implant, and I was back at work the next day and eating normally by the weekend.

Have questions?
We have answers.

What new patients ask us most, answered plainly. If yours isn’t here, call the office and we’ll talk it through.

The friendly Dundee Dental team
Are you accepting new patients?

Yes. Call the office or send the form and we will get you in for an exam and cleaning. If it has been years since your last visit, you are in good company and you will not hear about it from us.

Do you take my insurance?

Most dental plans cover preventive visits well, often at or near 100%. Give us your plan details and we will check your benefits before you come in, so you know where you stand rather than finding out afterward.

I am nervous about the dentist. What can you do?

Tell us, and we will plan around it. We explain before we do anything, we stop when you ask, and nitrous sedation is available if you would rather not be fully present for treatment. Our hygienists are known for putting anxious patients at ease.

What actually happens at a first visit?

We review your health history, take any images we need, and check your teeth, gums, bite and soft tissues. Then we walk you through what we found on the screen and agree on a plan. Nothing gets scheduled that you have not said yes to.

Will I be sent somewhere else for treatment?

Usually not. Fillings, crowns, veneers, most root canals, most extractions, dentures and implants are all done here. Impacted wisdom teeth and unusually complex root canals we refer to a specialist, because that is the right setting for them, and we will tell you before anything starts.

How often should I come in?

Every six months suits most people. If you have gum disease, a history of frequent cavities or certain medical conditions, we may suggest more often, and we will tell you why rather than just booking it.

What if I cannot afford the treatment I need?

Say so early and we will work with it. We will tell you what is urgent and what can wait, review your insurance benefits with you, and third-party financing can spread larger treatment into low monthly payments for qualified patients.

Do you place dental implants here as well?

We do, and it is what the practice is best known for. Planning, surgery and your final teeth all happen in this office with our own implant team. See the dental implants page for what is involved and what it costs.

Let’s get you on the schedule.

Call the office or send the form and we’ll find a time that works. New patients are welcome, and you’ll get straight answers before anything is booked.
