Patient information
No jargon, no pressure, no surprises — just clear answers about your visit, your options and your costs.
If it’s been a while since you’ve been to a dentist, you’re in good company — and you’re welcome exactly as you are. Here’s what to expect, start to finish.
Bring your insurance card if you have one, a list of any medications, and any recent dental records or x-rays from another office. Not sure? Don’t worry, just come as you are and we’ll handle the rest.
We’ll talk through what’s bothering you, take any images we need, and check your teeth, gums and bite. Then we’ll put them on the screen beside you and explain plainly what we found.
You’ll get a clear plan in order of what matters most, with honest costs. Nothing gets scheduled that you haven’t said yes to, and we’ll go at your pace from there.
New patient paperwork can be completed online before you arrive, so your appointment starts in the chair rather than at the front desk. About ten minutes.
Making it affordable
Cost should never be the reason a small problem becomes a big one. Here’s how we help make treatment work for your budget.
Most plans cover preventive visits at or near 100%, and contribute toward fillings, crowns and often implant treatment. Give us your plan details and we’ll check your benefits before you come in.
For larger treatment, third-party financing lets qualified patients spread the cost into low, predictable monthly payments rather than paying it all at once.
If you’re considering implants, your consultation, 3D CT scan and second opinion are free: a genuine, no-obligation way to understand your options and the numbers.
Want real numbers for your situation? Ask us, and you’ll have honest costs before anything is scheduled.

Your insurance card if you have one, a list of any medications you take, and any recent x-rays or records from a previous dentist. If you have none of it, come anyway. We can take our own images and request your records for you.
Give us your plan details and we’ll check your benefits before your visit, so you know what is covered rather than finding out afterward. Because our x-rays are digital we can send a clear image straight to your insurer with a claim, which is often the difference between a covered treatment and a denied one.
You’re far from alone, and it changes nothing about how we treat you. We’ll tell you plainly what needs doing now and what can safely wait, quote it honestly, and go from there. Financing is available for larger treatment.
Yes. Third-party financing lets qualified patients break larger treatment into low monthly payments. Ask us at your visit and we’ll walk you through the options rather than leaving you to work it out alone.
We can, and it’s worth doing. Your records and images belong to you, and if yours are recent we may not need to take new ones at all. Tell us who you saw last and we’ll request them.
It’s specific to implants. The free consultation, 3D CT scan and second opinion apply when you’re considering implant treatment. A routine exam and cleaning is regular dental care, usually well covered by insurance, and we’ll tell you what it costs before you come in.
Call the office or send the form and we’ll find a time that works. New patients are welcome, and you’ll know what to expect and what it costs before anything is booked.
