It depends on what is causing the discoloration. Surface and age-related staining usually responds well. Deeper intrinsic discoloration, tetracycline staining and dark single teeth respond poorly or not at all, and veneers or a crown are the better answer there. We will tell you which you have before you spend anything.
Will it make my teeth sensitive?
Some people get temporary sensitivity during whitening, and it settles after you finish. Wearing the trays for shorter sessions or spacing them out usually handles it. Tell us and we will adjust the plan.
Do you run whitening specials?
We offer seasonal whitening specials for patients of record. Ask at your next visit or call the office and we will tell you what is running.
Whitening specials are available to patients of record. Bleaching lightens natural tooth enamel only. It will not change the shade of existing crowns, veneers or fillings, so those may need replacing to match a newly whitened smile.
